Our story started with a simple idea: helping folks in the community learn and land their first IT job. Over the past few years, we’ve assisted individuals who were either unhappy with their current job or new to the U.S. job market, aiming to break into roles like IT, Network, and System Support or Administration. We’ve guided them through finding the right online courses, building standout resumes, navigating job searches and applications, and acing nerve-wracking interviews by sharing tips and soft skills.

In doing so, we realized there was something missing, a practical and comprehensive roadmap for those starting a Tech Support career. So, we  created a program that not only cover the technical skills but also covers all the essential soft skills needed for IT Support roles and advancement in the related fields.
